A fatal railway accident in the Mexican state of Oaxaca has resulted in the deaths of at least 13 people, an incident expected to reignite critical opposition regarding the speed and execution of the country's flagship government projects.
The crash occurred on the Interoceanic Corridor train, a rail link developed to link the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean across the narrowest part of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec.
